The Batman Halts Production After Robert Pattinson’s Positive Test for COVID-19

Warner Bros revealed that the filming of The Batman had been halted because someone was diagnosed with coronavirus. “A member of The Batman production has tested positive for COVID-19, and is isolating in accordance with established protocols,” and “Filming is temporarily paused.” said the studio.

The crew member is Robert Pattinson, the Dark Knight himself. According to Vanity Fair, “Robert Pattinson is said to have tested positive for the coronavirus, causing filming of The Batman to be halted just days after the superhero drama resumed work at studios outside of London.”

Warner Bros announced that they temporarily stopped working saying: “A member of The Batman production has tested positive for Covid-19, and is isolating in accordance with established protocols. Filming is temporarily paused.”

In March 2020, The Batman shut down production in England because of the coronavirus. And the film had been completed only about 25% rage according to Director Matt Reeves. And since then, we saw the August’s DC FanDome’s splash with the first trailer of the movie.
