The Witcher series will continue with another new game. If you are a Gwent fan like me, you would know that this game was actually planned as a Gwent expansion. However, due to economical reasons (I think?) CDPR decided to make it a standalone game. Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales will come out some day, and that day is now officially announced.
As we wait for the Netflix series, and as we know that the original The Witcher game series are no more, this news is quite good for us fans.
A new adventure set in the world of The Witcher awaits! Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales from CD PROJEKT RED will be released on October 23rd via https://t.co/gRBKrpklva. The console release for Xbox One and PS4 will follow on December 4th. pic.twitter.com/ythWc6L4zq

As you can see, the new game will be released on October 23rd. The game will be a single-player role-playing game which will take place in The Witcher universe and it will feature exploration, puzzles and card based combat mechanics. The game will tell the story of Meve, the queen of Lyria and Rivia. Oh, also, it will be available for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. Neat, huh?
So, wait for it fellas and stay hyped, stay tuned!
