Well, seems like Treyarch feels for us and can not leave fan’s tweets unanswered. Recently, Treyarch shared some detailed information about the PC specs of upcoming Call of Duty: Black Ops 4.
Been asked if there will be sliders to adjust sensitivity in ADS on PC. The answer is YES. In fact, the sensitivity can be customized horizontally and vertically, independently. These are multipliers that can go from 10% to 200% of the hipfire value.

According to the tweet, PC version of the game will let us adjust ADS sensitivity horizontally and vertically, independently.
Also, the game will support ultra-wide monitors, HDR and 4K resolutions.

There is also some information about the FOV setting. 60 to 120, it is.
On top of the FOV slider on PC you can set one of several aspect ratios: 5:4. 4:3, 16:10, 16:9, 21:9, and 32:9

Also, mouse filtering and acceleration are both options, both default OFF.
