FIFA18 will get a free World Cup Update next month on May 29th
FIFA 18 will get a free update next month which will introduce the possibility of playing as a World Cup participant, coming on May 29th. As EA has recently announced, their soccer game will receive this update to celebrate the upcoming World Championship:
“Play FIFA’s most popular mode in the new, exciting FIFA World Cup™ Ultimate Team experience. Build your dream international squad with stars from all 32 qualified nations with dynamic player items related to the real-world tournament, plus legendary FIFA World Cup™ ICONS.”
You will be able to choose any of the 32 qualified nations and either play in an authentic tournament structure or just play in a couple of matches. You can also play online or offline as you prefer. In addition to that, official teams, players, kits, presentation elements and authentic stadium atmospheres will be available, as EA indicated. Also, all the 12 official stadiums of Russia will be presented with this update.
The update will be available for PC, PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch on May 29th. Mobile devices will get the update on June 6th. More information can be found on the link above.
