The unofficial community-run event Return to Drangleic of Dark Souls 2 is again on the stage through March 11. Return to Drangleic aims to draw players back and revitalise multiplayer. The event encourages Souls players to engage in PvP and co-op play.

Here is the steps you need to follow:

  • Create a new character and play through the game.
  • Engage in Co-op and PvP along the way as much as possible.
  • Use the Name Engraved Ring after the Last Giant for co-op. Choose Kremmel, God of Struggle.
  • Leave a message that says “Don’t give up, skeleton!” by the Majula bonfire. Upvote every one of these you find!
  • Play through at your own pace. This has a suggested end date of March 11th, but the bulk of surge will certainly be in the first several days.
  • Of course, this is on SotFS if you have it. All platforms welcome, and even vanilla Dark Souls 2 if that’s all you have.

It is also suggested that you leave a message of “Don’t give up, skeleton!” by the Majula bonfire and rate others’ messages. Ratings give players a jolt of health, so it’s a nice gesture. For more detailed information, Reddit is here to help.
