Yesterday, the Independent developer Fatshark announced that their upcoming title, Warhammer: Vermintide was going under a closed beta testing period. People who had signed up for the beta or pre-ordered the game has the chance to test the game before it is released on March 8th. So, check your mailboxes fellas. And if you are a console user, don’t worry, Fatshark thinks about you too.

“The demand for keys has been much higher than we ever imagined, and as we are getting a lot of emails from gamers that haven’t gotten keys. However, anyone that has Pre-Ordered the game will also be able to play the BETA.” says Martin Wahlund, CEO of Fatshark. But even if you don’t get a beta key, don’t worry! Fatshark has put the game on Steam with a 10% discount early on just so that you can get it cheaper AND participate in the beta testing.

The first title of the franchise had received many positive reviews. Playing as heroes during The End Times together with other players, against the Chaos army was pretty exciting. And the combat mechanics with beautiful visuals made this game a unique experience. Now, we have the chance to taste it again with 15 different career choices, talents and a Heroic Deeds System. You will also have the chance to customize your weapon arsenal according to your play style.

As we all know, beta and alpha testings are crucial for games on development. During these times, developers get the chance to hear their community and improve their games on demand. So, if you are interested in such co-op games with stunningly beautiful visuals, I’d suggest getting it from Steam when it is cheaper. And it will be available for PS4 and Xbox One in the near future! And just like the PC version of the game, you will be able to test it on your console. You can sign up for the closed beta now for both PS4 and Xbox One.

Enjoy fellas and stay tuned for more!
