Free Ride mod lets you free roam in Mafia 2

Thanks to ModdedGames’ new Mafia 2 mod, now we will be able to free roam the map of Mafia 2 from the very beginning. Free Ride 2.2 also lets players an change the time of day whenever they like. You can play this mod without even starting the campaign story mode.

While you are roaming free, you can also save your progress and both Joe and Henry can follow you.

If you want to take a look, you can go ahead and download the mod by visiting here. Here is how you can install the mod:

Drag the folder called “cnt_free_ride_game” found in the mod’s .zip file to “C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Mafia II/pc/dlcs“.
If you’re running a non-Steam version, drag it to your “/Mafia II/pc/dlcs folder, wherever it may be.
Add the dlc: “cnt_free_ride_game” to the folder
