Xbox Scorpio Development Kit Is A Beast

The console of our dreams, Xbox Scorpio features major hardware upgrades which enable 4K gameplay. Scorpio will support virtual reality and will be backward compatible with all existing Xbox One software and hardware. Basically, Project Scorpio will be a really really upgraded Xbox One.
2017 will be Project Scorpio’s year and clearly, it will dominate E3 2017. Next week, we will be sitting here with mouths open while watching it, but Microsoft decided to share a video in which Xbox engineer Kevin Gammill talks about the development kit of Scorpio.
Project Scorpio Development Kit has four more CUs than the retail kit, 12 more gigs of RAM which means 24 gigabytes of DDR5 RAM. There is also an additional 1 Terabyte SSD hard disk drive. Yes, it is indeed a beast.
