Your New Nightmare Fuel: Tether

You got me at ‘first-person fiction horror’.

Tether is set in a science fiction world which is the charming part for me, and it is a horror game which always looks good when paired with sci-fi.

While playing Tether, we will be walking in the shoes of a mother of three, Lesleigh Hayes. Hayes is a struggling mother since now the moon is destroyed and as a result, the earth is dying. In the need of a new home, a new planet if you like to call it that way, Hayes spending her time away from his family.

Tether is a first-person fiction horror game based in a dilapidated science fiction world. Earth is dying after the destruction of the moon – as natural disasters sweep the planet the newly formed UEF accelerate plans to terraform the nearest possible habitable planet, Mars.

The theme surrounding Tether is parenthood, specifically from the side of a career driven mother who doesn’t realise the effects of her absence from the family home.
