Yes, you read the title right. And you think it is impossible, I may presume? The answer is “no” if you ask Twitch streamer The_Happy_Hobbit. As you can watch on his channel, this brave individual finished the game in 4,5 hours:

No blocking, no spells, but yes enviromental damage like falling and poison. This brave man –with his red eyes– beats the game untouched. There are occasional reloads & resets of course, but no savegames are touched. Congrats, The_Happy_Hobbit! You look like a friend of mine.
