Fallout 4 vs The Division vs GTA V: Which Game has the Biggest Map?

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the World’s prolix question; Which game has the biggest map?
I’m pretty sure that many of you already did the comparison once in your life but what if I told you somebody carried out this test in the right way?

A Youtube user, called MarcoStyle, compares the size of The Division‘s maps to GTA V and Fallout 4’s. All these games has terribly large maps and based on real life cities; GTA V in Los Angeles, Fallout 4 in Boston and The Division is meant to take place in Midtown Manhattan.
