Arcane’s awaited second season’s release date has been revealed in Geeked Week of Netflix with a teaser that gets us hyped up. Along with the teaser, we get more details on the upcoming season 2.
Season 2 will be the final season of Arcane, and will be arriving in three parts. Acts 1, 2, and 3 will be released on November 9, 16, and 23, respectively.
Co-creator Christian Linke expressed his thoughts on Arcane in a League Dev Update, saying “Arcane is just the beginning of our larger storytelling journey and partnership with the wonderful animation studio that is Fortiche Production”, later on adding that Arcane is “just the first of many stories that we want to tell in Runeterra.”
It is revealed that in the second season of the series, we will see a more expanded, darker side of the setting and world of Arcane. Another important thing to note will be the quality in visuals, as season 2 will be provided ‘with visuals that take the story to a whole new level’.
Arcane season two looks promising so far, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds up.
