Last week, we were informed by a Twitter user that, in a shopping catalog, it was revealed that the new gold-edition PS4 Slim Edition was on sale for 250$. And recently, Sony has confirmed that the rumours were true. Following the price cut, we will be able to buy the gold-edition of PS4 Slim console. Which was originally a reward for the eating competition in Taco Bell.

Sony has confirmed that the prices and the release plans of the gold-edition were true. Which is good. But the only problem is that the Slim PS4 is only available for US. The Europe and/or India release dates are not mentioned yet.
The first preiod of both the price cut and the release of the Slim PS4 will take place between June 9-17 and appearently, the price cut will include some software too. And the gold-edition Slim PS4 will be released on June 11th.
Some shopping websites like Amazon.com have already dropped the price to 250$. But the worldwide price cut will be between these dates that we’ve mentioned.
