Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice is an upcoming action – hack & slash game being developed by Ninja Theory for PC and PlayStation 4.

Like a modern Alice: The Madness Returns, in Senua’s Sacrifice we will start a journey ‘through a hellish underworld made up of Senua’s psychotic manifestations of her own reality and mind’. We all know how twisted and terrifying someone’s mind can be.

You’re mad, I’m mad. We’re all mad here.

Let me tell you that Senua’s mind is dark, darker than it will ever be. But, Senua is a fighter and now there is our chance to witness how she does it. Notice that Senua’s advantages are her speed and ability rather then being strong and powerful. Senua’s physique is clearly more vulnerable comparing to the vikings she is fighting so, developers didn’t want her to be a super hero but someone using other abilities to win.
