The Division will get a huge free update this fall

Ubisoft has recently revealed that Tom Clancy’s The Division will get a content update. This update is going to take place sometime during Fall 2017. Basically, this it will feature two new modes, a social place and a new area.

The game will feature a co-op mode along with a competitive mode. In the co-op mode, players will face increasingly powerful group of enemies. They will work together to survive. In addition to that, we can say that they also improved the AI. This mode will be called ‘Resistance’.

As for the competitive mode ‘Skirmish’, you will team up against another team. This mode supports a 4v4 combat sytle. And there will be a new area called ‘West Side Pier’, added to the main map. Here is the reveal video:

One last thing: players also will be able to socialize in a new area called ‘Camp Clinton’. Also, this update will introduce a couple of balancing changes. You can see the details on the video.

We only have to wait a couple of weeks (or months?). Then we will be able to get the update.
