Immortal: Unchained a hardcore RPG-action shooter game is announced recently

“Awoken and released from your eternal prison, you must fight to the center of the nine worlds to discover the dark truth. Who are you? Why are the nine worlds ending? And what are you going to do about it?”

Recently, Sold Out Sales & Marketing revealed a new title, Immortal: Unchained. Inspired by Darksouls, the developers have created a mixture of action, RPG and hardcore combat elements. As you can see in the video below, this game looks pretty promising. Developed by Toadman Interactive, it will feature many different mechanics. Character customization and a difficult combat system will be the core of the game apparently.

The game will be pretty challenging, that’s for sure. You will have to adapt yourself to your encounters. You will learn from your mistakes and try a better way to defeat your enemies. The game offers an arsenal consisting more than 100 weapons and armor for you to pick. You will be able to chose which “Disciplines” you want to play. There will be 6 of them and it will change your play style.

We are pretty accustomed to hardcore third person hack’n slash games like Darksouls. But this time, we will have a similar gameplay for a shooter game. We will see how will it work in a horror and Sci-Fi mixture (which looks awesome if you ask me).

As far as we know, Immortal: Unchained will be available for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. And it will probably be available sometime in 2018. If you want more information, you can check the official website.
