14 minutes of gameplay footage from Monster Hunter: World

Somebody stop this madness!

Another day, another unnecessarily long gameplay footage for a highly-anticipated game. Another day and again, I must contain myself.

Upcoming action role-playing game Monster Hunter: World will be available in Q1 2018 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. For PC, there is no release date yet. The game is the fifth primary title in their Monster Hunter franchise.

If you’ve played previous Monster Hunter titles, you are familiar with the gameplay. Again, we will take the role of a hunter that is tasked by a group of researchers to hunt down and either kill or capture large monsters. The game is set in a open world environment and played from a third-person perspective.
