STALKER Fan Remake in CRYENGINE Looks Fabulous

Witness the power of CRYENGINE.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R is a series of first-person shooter survival horror in which we play as a Stalker. We are called a Stalker since our job is to enter a Chernobyl accident site, called “The Zone” and reach the center of the Zone.

Anyone who played S.T.A.L.K.E.R, watched the movie Stalker or read the famous book Roadside Picnic knows that the Zone is the strangest area in the world. Hazardous entities called as Anomalies act against the laws of physics. These anomalies often produce items called as Artifacts with special powers and this is the reason we enter the Zone.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl was first released in 2007 and S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat in 2009. Even though the series are perfect the way they are, nobody can argue that they deserve better. This is where ‘Achieved with Cryengine’ steps in.

The team is currently working on a STALKER fan remake in CRYENGINE. Here is the first trailer of the project.

And, here is another one.

It does look good and full of weird memories of the Zone. There is no detailed information or release date for the project yet. Stay tuned for more, Stalkers!
